Daily Fishing Report:The port in Cabo San Lucas was closed a few days last week. The storm passing Cabo San Lucas increased the number of species in our waters.Last month has been a typical August.
The offshore bite a lot of fish some days but not every day, but gotten better as the month reached it end.After the storm passed the fishing increased in Cabo San Lucas, last week the fishing in Cabo has been great and so far we have been catching a mix of different species, Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, Striped Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna and Dorados.
Cabo fishing has been great this week almost every Cabo San Lucas fishing charter fleet has been successful.The most consistent bite has been Blue and Striped Marlin fishing offshore on 8 hours fishing charters. Also we have been catching Sailfish in Cabo but not every day more like a few a week.
The Marlin in Cabo San Lucas have been biting live bait on slow troll. The crew on the Picante 45 a 45ft CABO Express released 5 Striped Marlin which it’s great way to start one of the best month for fishing in Cabo San Lucas.
