PICANTE FLEET FISHING REPORT
November started with the classic Los Cabos Tuna Jackpot tournament, where our teams did great, managing to bring two big Wahoo to the scale. As always, this tournament leaves us with a lot of emotion, fun and satisfaction. We look forward to the upcoming tournament season as the year-end fishing is in full swing.

The best bait/lure was Live bait, Mackerel, Caballito, lures.
The best fishing spots this November were: Los Arcos, Gaspareño and Finger Bank.

Cabo San Lucas Weather Conditions

Fish Available: Striped Marlin, Blue Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Dorado, Wahoo

Today’s Date:  December 2nd, 2022

Picante Expresso the Cabo Express 31’ with Captain Francisco Tamez released 23 Striped marlin, and also boated 8 nice yellowfin tuna and 48 dorados.


The Ram Rod Albermarle 31’ had a great November fishing with a bunch of Dorado, 25 tunas and 5 Striped marlin released for the count.


Picante Express, 32 ft Cabo Express released 32 Striped marlin, they also boated 15 yellowfin tuna and 55 nice Dorado and 1 nice Wahoo for the count.

Salsa, the Cabo Express 35’ released 10 Striped Marlin and boated 36 Yellowfin and a good loads of Dorado.


The 35’ Cabo Flybridge, Picante Dream released 20 Striped marlin and 1 Blue marlin, boated 20 nice yellowfin and 29 Dorado.


Picante Pride, Cabo Express 36´ had great luck with the Wahoo on the Tuna tounament, they boated 2 that day and another 2 after, they also landed 61 dorado, 24 yellowfin tuna, 17 Striped marlin and 1 Sailfish were safely released too.

 

The average weight of the Striped marlin was between 70 and 160 lb, Sailfish 60-80 lb and the blue Marlin between 200 and 240 lb. The Dorado where around the 25 lb, the Yellowfin tuna was between 20-35 lb with some nice cow ranging the 50 pounds.

The Picante 40’ released 10 Striped marlin and 1 Blue Marlin, they landed 12 Yellowfin tuna, they also boated 20 nice Dorado for the dinner.

Picante 45, Cabo Express 45 ft released 25 Striped Marlin, plus 21 Yellowfin tuna one of those of around 50 lbs. and 31 Dorado and one more good Wahoo for the count.

Caliente 45, Cabo Express 45 ft released 45 Striped, 26 of those were released at the Finger Banks, they also landed 35 Dorado and 32 tuna.
