The start of Cabo high season and Tournament season has been nothing short of spectacular. Our clients have been raising double digit numbers of Stripes and Dorado, enough dorado for lunch, dinner and to take back home and share with their family and friends. Of course, this includes release numbers, and as always respecting size and catch limits. Other catches included Roosterfish Released and some nice Grouper. The Bisbee Tournament was a slow one for sure. Picante teams caught everything but the right one!

The best bait/lure was live and dead mackerel, caballitos and lures.
The best fishing spots this October were: Los Arcos, El Faro, Migriño and 11:50

PICANTE FISHING REPORT
Picante Expresso the Cabo Express 31’ released 14 Striped marlin and 2 nice Blue marlin, they also boated 68 dorados.
Picante Express, 32 ft Cabo Express released 10 Striped marlin weighing 120 lbs and 1 Sailfish around 90 lb and 85 nice mahi mahi (Dorado) for the count.
El Salsa, the Cabo Express 35’ released another beautiful big Blue Marlin, they also released 14 Striped Marlin and boated 4 Yellowfin tuna and 60 Mahi for the count.

The 35’ Cabo Flybridge, Picante Dream with Captain Pablo Ceseña released 12 Striped marlin and 2 beautiful Sailfish for the archive. They loaded 2 yellowfin tuna and 86 dorado at Los Arcos, being the most productive fishing spot lately.
Picante Pride, Cabo Express 36´ had great luck with the Sailfish too, they release 2 and also 16 Striped marlin and 3 blue marlin. They also landed 75 dorado, 2 yellowfin tuna, release 1 awesome Roosterfish and got 3 nice juicy Grouper by the Golden gate. |
The Classic Picante 40’ released 8 Striped marlin and landed 2 Yellowfin tuna, they also boated 32 nice Dorado to the dinner.

Caliente 45, Cabo Express released 11 Striped marlin and 1 more Blue marlin for the archive, they also landed 45 Dorado around 15-25 lb and 2 Yellowfin tuna for sashimi. |
OCTOBER 2021 - FISH COUNT
The Cabo Tuna Jackpot Tournament starts next Thursday November 4th and we are sure ready for it.
We have always been a firm believers that the end of the year starting on October is the season to be in Los Cabos, It kicks off the season with lots of action and species around. So right now is the time to have a big time and take home a full cooler of choice fillets.
