Fish Available: Striped Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Sierra, Snapper and Grouper.
The best bait/lure was Caballito, Live mackerel and hoochis.
Some of the best locations this month were: Golden gate, Lighthouse and Migriño, we had some windy days and choppy seas.
The inshore fishing produce a lot of Sierras chasing lures by the rocks, many big and delicious Red snapper and Cabrilla on mackerel and a few Roosterfish were reported too.
31’ CABO Express Picante Expresso released 5 Striped Marlin by the Golden, they also realeased 1 beautiful Thresher shark and boated 10 big Snapper for our anglers´s family dinner. The Expresso reported 1 Rooster fish also.
Ram Rod, Albermarle 31’ released 2 Striped Marlin for the count, plus 10 Red Snapper. Ram Rod Captain found dolphin schools and with them the Yellowfin tuna 30 miles away. They boated 4 yellowfin tuna weighing around 15-35 lb.
Picante Dream our 35’ Cabo Flybridge release 3 Striped Marlin by Golden Bank and 4 Red Snapper. They went the extra mile looking for the Tunas and got 4 football Yellowfin for a fresh sashimi.
The 32’ Cabo Express, Picante Express released 6 Striped marlin and 4 sierras caught inshore at the sunrise by hoochis. The customers aboard Express also have a fun time hunting and fighting the Roosters.
Salsa, the Cabo Express 35’ released 5 Striped marlin and landed a lot of sierras for ceviche. They also got 6 Yellowfin tuna.
Picante Pride, Cabo Express 36 ft released 8 Striped for the count and a bunch of sierras. Thay also boated 4 yellowfin tuna. The fleet had good inshore fishing days, the Snappers, Grouper and Sierra mackerel continue to show up around 10-20 lbs close to shore by Pacific side. The Snappers hits on live mackerel. |
The 45’ Cabo, Picante 45 released 6 Striped Marlin, landed 8 Snapper and 8 sierras, plus 3 Yellowfin tuna around 15-30 lb.
Caliente 45, Cabo Express releases 5 Striped marlin for the archive, boated 3 Snapper, 5 sierras and 4 Yellowfin tuna weighing around 20 lb.
