When you purchase an eligible yacht from Picante Yacht Sales you may choose to become the sole propietor of your own Yacht Charter Entity via a Leaseback to Picante Bluewater Sportfishing. Picante handles all of the legal, tax, marketing, sales, and booking logistics. You earn 80% of the total charter fee and you choose to receive a check, or have it applied towards ownership expenses, as we offer a management program handling all of the maintenance and crew supervision.

As you have a legitimate business with substantial cash flow the tax advantages you enjoy are very impressive. Participation in the Picante Leaseback program passes IRS scrutiny.
