Sometimes a plan comes together and the results do nothing but put smiles on peoples faces. After months of emails and some arm twisting I convinced our new German friend to make his way to Cabo San Lucas in search of his first marlin. Andreas Funke made the long journy to our sleepy fishing village and booked 4 days on our fast 29' Blackfin "Picante 29" with Alex Collins at the controls and deckhand "Charro" working the cockpit. Andreas came equipped with video gear and we schooled "Charro" on it's operation so all of the action could be preserved for Andreas. On his 2nd. day of fishing the Striped Marlin were biting and he released 3 Striped Marlin along with boating 10 Yellowfin Tuna. Andreas has 2 more fishing days left on his adventure.....I'll update his quest as the week goes on.
