This week was truly a turning point for our fishery from spring to summer fishing. A total of 4 Blue Marlin were caught this week by our fleet. Daytime temps continue in the upper 90's to 100 degrees plus. The humidity continues to rise. Summer is definately coming. Our boat of the day is our great 35' Cabo Express "Salsa" with Captain Juan Carlos "Brincos" Lopez at the controls. His charter Mr. Kittey and his friends released a Striped Marlin and boated 5 Yellowfin Tuna for dinner.

We had 3 boats entered in the Stars and Stripes Tournament held for the last 13 years in our sleepy fishing village and all 3 finished at the top of several catagories. Congrats to "Picante 45" ..... "Picante Expresso" ...... "Cisco".
